The first decision to be made "Is it worth doing? Or are we better off leaving things the way they are, or maybe just shutting it down?"
If you decide that it is worth considering, then the who, how, when and where questions come to the fore. It is not hard to put a conceptual change framework together. But working through the available data, the personalities, and the business possibilities - assessing them in an integrated way that truly creates an executable action plan takes intelligence and experience. We will bring both to the assessment. We will do it rapidly, with a small, tight team ... in realistic time frames.
If it makes sense to go ahead, then moving forward will require coordinated action on the people, process, tooling and culture levels. We work with the people who have to carry out the change are going to turn it into committed action. We will make sure that you get clear target points and metrics that tell everyone if and when the plan is succeeding.
Plans without commitments are worthless. We will work with your folks and your organization change leader to create the plan, facilitating their involvement, understanding and commitment. Doing so gives us the practical insight into them that allows us to comment accurately on their ability to actually implement the plan.
Sometimes, you may not have the person or people to lead the implementation. If you do not,we can find one - or more, either permanent or contract, for you. We don't just interview folks. We make sure that they demonstrate their ability to perform through role plays and simulated situations. We get them to act on their feet, much the same way they will do when they are on your job. It is the only way to accurately predict their future performance.
